The cast of Jogira Sara Ra has been unveiled and the first look of the film has been shared by actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The film is based on the story of a hapless couple from a small town, and was directed by Kushan Nandy. The cast also includes Neha Sharma, Sanjay Mishra, and Shashi Kapoor. The movie is backed by Naeem A. Siddiqui, who produced Babumoshai Bandookbaaz.
The movie’s music was composed by acclaimed tango composer, Nitin Raghavan. The lyrics of Jogira are reminiscent of an old-school love song. The film was also the first to use the word “jo” in the title. The word ‘jo’ is a pun on the French “joie de vivre” and refers to the process of gaining freedom. The song is a celebration of life, and a symbol of the strength of a woman’s resolve to make amends.
After a long absence, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is back in India. He recently finished shooting the thriller, Sangeen, in London. While he’s been away from the country for a while, he’s back home in the country and gearing up for the shoot of Jogira Sara Ra. The movie will star Siddiqui and actress Neha Sharma.
