Project Management Associate Degree
With the APM certification, as well as a Professional in Project Management and a Certified Project Director certification, GAQM is an international, not-for-profit certifying body offering credentials in several IT specializations. GAQM also administers the APM. While the GAQM’s project management certificates focus on a specific set of skills, they also emphasize the importance of having a solid knowledge base in various areas, such as resource allocation, clear guidance, flexibility, and communication. The APM program is geared toward project managers who are just getting their feet wet in the business or are looking to change careers entirely for Project management methods.
Organization: The Global Quality Management Association
A GAQM body of knowledge study and e-course is required; no formal education or work experience is necessary.
Project Manager with BVOP Certification.
The modern, agile-based paradigm known as business value-oriented principles (BVOP) is becoming increasingly popular in the United Kingdom. BVOP stresses the importance of business value in all aspects of project management. An experienced project manager with knowledge of people management can benefit from the BVOP Certified Project Manager certification. It differs from other project management certification programs in that it emphasizes a culture of people.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (CPMP)
After the terrorist events of September 11, 2001, the EC-Council was established to deal with cyberterrorism and the overall security of nations’ information systems. CPP is an EC-Council course for project managers who wish to benchmark their various management approaches and tools to manage complicated projects efficiently. It is based on hands-on experience. With the CPMP course, management professionals will gain managerial, leadership, and technical skills necessary to ensure the success of any project, no matter how little or large it may be.
It is a global professional association, and certification body for project managers called the International Association of Project Managers. Traditional project management and agile project management are separated into two categories within the IAPM, with certification levels ranging from certified junior project manager to senior agile project manager. The Certified Project Manager (CPM) credential from IAPM is for project managers who have a solid understanding of planning, organization and implementation for various types of projects. Project management is covered in both the hard and soft parts of the exam.

Pricing depends on the GDP of the place of origin. Hence the fee varies by nationality. According to the IAMP, the exam costs $650 in the United States, with a 20% reduction for students, job seekers, and active assistance organization staff.
