  • Go Through the Revised Syllabus: Students know the syllabus thoroughly to create a proper study plan. It will also help you to save time for productive learning as well as to avoid you from studying any irrelevant topic.
  • Make a timetable for Your Study: Students should regularly study for 6 Ed>. Make sure you study with full concentration without wasting time. Plan daily targets every week and follow them seriously to achieve all the targets within the allotted time. Allot equal time of 1.5 hours for each main subject and 1 hour for the language subjects. This way you will reduce the stress and be able to cover all the subjects equally and can complete more topics in less time. Make sure you plan your timetable in such a way that you complete the entire syllabus a month before the exams. This way you will have enough time to revise and practice sample papers.
  • NCERT Books: CBSE recommends NCERT books as it covers the entire syllabus and has accurate information. Start with an easy topic in which you are interested in which you must read and understand each and every line thoroughly. Don’t neglect any topics since all the topics are important from an exam view. Highlight and make notes and mind maps of important points, formulae, definitions, and chemical reactions. Solve and practice all the examples and exercise questions at least twice from each chapter to figure out how well you have grasped the concepts. You can cross-check your answers with the help of NCERT solutions which are available online. Remember NCERT is like a bible for your exam as all the questions will be asked from it only.
  • Always revise the topic once you complete it: Don’t forget to revise once you have finished studying a chapter. This is one of the best methods to memorize and remember all the important formulas and long derivations from that chapter. Make short notes of what you have understood from that chapter or explain that chapter or concept to your friends to make learning more effective and remember it for a long time.
  • Subject wise strategy:

Have a complete idea of the marks weightage for each unit. Divide the chapters into high and low marks weightage. Start with the chapters that have more weightage and then move to the remaining chapters.
